BayLake Massage was founded by Licensed Massage Therapist and American Massage Therapy Association Member, James Cowell.

Massage has been proven to promote health and wellness. James uses his experience and education from the Blue Sky School of Professional Bodywork's Medical Intensive program to help improve the quality of life in each client that he has the chance to work with.

Specialties include deep tissue, hot stone, and neuromuscular therapy.
